FNSI...I Actually Did Some Stitching...

Last night was Friday Night Sew-In hosted by Heidi & Bobbi...I looked around at the various projects in need of attention and settled on the hexagons I started last week as most likely to get to a stage where I'd feel like I'd achieved something...they were all ready they just needed to be stitched together.  After making a Coles run for macadamia dairy milk (yay on special!) to keep me going, I settled down on the couch with the stack of hexies, my block of chocolate and Macbook for iView catch up tele and I was away...resulting in...
 ...a ring of hexie flowers...

and for me a successful FNSI (for once!)...YAY!

Happy Stitching...

You got so much done! Most impressive! Very pretty too. I have to say I am a cadbury/Coles/Mac/iview/hexie girl myself. Sounds like a perfect night.

Thus far I've been fortunate to resist the Great Hexi Craze. But it seems that won't be true much longer -- these are so sweet!
